About grooming your pet
How often should I groom my dog?
Every six to eight weeks for most coats. Doodles and other curly coats often need every four to six. We'll text you a reminder at the right interval so you don't have to remember.
What's the difference between a groom and a wash?
A wash is a bath, a brush-out, plus nails, ears, and face. A full groom adds a haircut onto a wash. If your dog has a longer or curly coat, the full groom is what you usually want.
Do mobile groomers cost more?
Yes, our mobile groom prices cost more because the groomer brings the salon to your home. You're paying for the convenience of us coming to you and the one on one care that your pet receives in our mobile unit.
What if my dog is matted?
If the coat is so matted that a careful shave down is safer than a brush out, we will let you know at check in. If it is missed at check in we will reach out via text to let you know. We will not fully brush out/dematt a dog, as it can be too painful.
Do I need to be home for the trailer?
No, the dog does. The trailer runs on its own water and power, so we just need access to your driveway and to your dog.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. From bathing services to lion cuts, our experienced pet stylists groom cats as well as dogs. We don't leave out our feline friends.
